About the role

Responsibilities

The Automation Anywhere Consultant provides resources to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) outcomes for BAU, and system integration or project-oriented tasks and would suit a high performing and ambitious professional seeking to take their career to the next level. As the role interacts extensively with our clients, applicants should demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and must always maintain a high level of professionalism. 

In your role as an Automation Anywhere Consultant you will: 

  • Deliver programs of work in multi-disciplinary and diverse teams, assisting with the coaching and development of junior staff and delivering second to none outcomes for our clients
  • Lead conversations around critical client issues and help navigate to meaningful outcomes through structured problem solving, design thinking and team collaboration
  • Partner with client leadership to drive the design and creation of innovative, high-quality deliverables and results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position will offer:

  • Experience leveraging RPA to achieve efficiencies and deliver outcomes for clients, preferably within Government environment or consulting/professional services
  • Experience in the Automation Anywhere platform.  Similar experience across other RPA tools will also be considered (UI Path, Blue Prism etc)
  • Experience configuring an On-Premises instance of Automation Anywhere highly desirable
  • High level of organisational and planning skills to balance multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to deliver high quality outcomes with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Personal drive and motivation to succeed
  • Hold an Australian Government Baseline security clearance (or the ability to hold one)
