Junior Accountant

As a Graduate / Junior Accountant within our dynamic team, you will:

• Shadow Senior Consultants in client engagements
• Attend client meetings to discuss and agree initial project requirements and liaise on project progress
• Assist senior accountants in the full spectrum of government accounting
• Gain valuable and meaningful government accounting experience
• Undertake research and collate client related material 

As an ideal candidate for this position, you bring:

• An interest in management and/or financial accounting 
• High level of organisational and planning skills
• Ability to deliver high quality outcomes with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• The personal drive and motivation to succeed
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Mandatory

• Must have completed a degree in accounting or commerce (Graduate Accountant)
• Be working towards or recently completed CPA or CA (Junior Accountant) 
• Have the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)
