As a modeller in a multidisciplinary team, you will generate digitalised guidance material to improve self-service and compliance functionality of an organisation’s key business processes. By analysing their business, you will undertake modelling activities utilising a Business Management System to define and deliver simplified business guidance to better inform the client’s customer and team actions.

Responsibilities
You should be able to demonstrate an ability to:
- Work with stakeholders to understand their business and gather their requirements.
- Apply analytical skills to produce relevant material that reflects their business.
- Develop artefacts and documents for projects and client meetings.
Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information.
- Analyse process information and related content from existing documentation and/or data sources to develop fit-for-purpose process models that are client centric.
- Design and develop business processes maps in a digital environment.
- Support end-to-end modelling incorporating RACI models and value chains.
- Digitise policy information and integrate with related guidance materials
- Apply modelling techniques in a manner that incorporates UX and UI design principles.
- Assist with demonstrations, workshops, testing and training.
- Model the interdependencies between people, process, information, and technology.
- Identify improvements within modelling tools and practices.
Mandatory:
- You must be an Australian citizen, and have a minimum Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desirable:
- Have or be studying toward a Business or IT related qualification, or be willing to obtain relevant certifications.
