The bolt-on of the fellow Canberra-based player bolsters Chartertech’s TechnologyOne service offering, “allowing us to better serve clients in the federal government” stated Director Michael McRoberts, who leads Chartertech’s TechnologyOne business line.
Founded in 2017, Chartertech is a specialist provider of finance accounting and consulting services to public sector institutions and government funded organisations. The firm has experience with implementing and maintaining finance, ERP and business intelligence applications across a large array of software platforms including Technology One, SAP, Cognos Analytics, IBM, Automation Anywhere and SAS.
In the Technology One space, Chartertech has built a track record of designing and delivering solutions and providing training at among others the Australian Renewable Energy Agency, Department of Agriculture, Department of the Environment and Energy and the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre.
According to McRoberts, Screen Consulting will deepen the firm’s offering offerings, and add a number of new clients including the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources; Australian Maritime Safety Authority; National Capital Authority; Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation; and Indigenous Business Australia.
The addition of Screen Consulting’s five-strong team lifts Chartertech’s headcount to over 50 consultants and staff. “By the end of 2023, we aim to be a group of 200 accounting and ERP professionals,” said fellow Director George Skillin.
